It had been about three years since I had  golfed the unbelievably beautiful Snowmass course.  I don’t surprise easily on golf courses relative to their beauty having golfed many of America’s finest from Sawgrass in Florida to Maui, Hawaii's Kaanapali Golf Course.   It has been my enjoyment to play the finest of Myrtle Beach, PGA qualifying (Q School) Good – Bad – And Ugly, and courses from the highest mountains to the desert!  However, the newly designed Snowmass course showed me why it was rated #6 Upscale Golf Course in the nation by Golf Digest.   The bent grass greens and blue grass fairways combined with native grass give you 18 holes of beauty to challenge your skills at 8,000 feet elevation.  (Picture is Snowmass Club House.)
